WHEREAS, the iLegislate app will make it easier for Council Members to access Council Agendas and backup in the meetings,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Appropriates up to $4,000 to to account 01-620-5111 to purchase iPad's and folio cases for Mayor, Council, and the Assistant City Administrator.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
