A Resolution Approving the Surplus & Disposal of CDD Plotter FAS#5611
WHEREAS, the Community Development Department plotter FAS#5611 was purchased in 2004 and we are no longer able to get parts for the machine, and
WHEREAS, the Community Development Department requests that plotter FAS#5611 be declared surplus and disposed of through the best method available.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Declares the Community Development Department plotter FAS#5611 as surplus and approves the disposal of it through the best method available.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
