Consider certain Residential Sanitation accounts as uncollectible.
Body
WHEREAS, Riviera Utilities has determined that certain City residential sanitation accounts are considered uncollectible at this time and have requested that these accounts be written off for accounting purposes, and
WHEREAS, the request for write-off, submitted by Riviera Utilities in memorandum form, shall become a part of this resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Foley City Council in regular session September 21, 2015 that certain City of Foley residential sanitation accounts in the collective amount of $45.15 (FORTY FIVE AND 15/100) Dollars, as listed on the attached memorandum dated September 14, 2015 be written off the books of the City for fiscal year 2014-15.
