WHEREAS, during the Council meeting of October 21, 2013 and under enabling Resolution 13-0530,Council approved the Residential Sanitation Write Off in the amount of $271.99 which was the previous month's write off total, and
WHEREAS, Resolution 13-0530 must be amended to reflect the correct Residential Sanitation Write Off amount of $313.56.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Amends Resolution 13-0530 Residential Sanitation Write Off to reflect the correct uncollectible amount of $313.56
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
