WHEREAS, ALDOT received bids on September 26, 2014 for the ATRIP Pride Drive Extension project and the City is ready to proceed with construction, and
WHEREAS, ALDOT requires the City to select a consultant from their on-call list of approved consultants with Volkert, Inc. being on the approved list, and
WHEREAS, the Engineering Department recommends forwarding Volkert, Inc.'s unexecuted proposal to ALDOT for their final review and approval.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves submitting Volkert, Inc.'s unexecuted proposal to ALDOT for their final review and approval for CE&I services for the ATRIP Pride Drive Extension project.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
