Engineering Department had a request for a street light to be placed on Keller Road close to the entrance of Bella Vista Subdivision (Carmel Circle) because residents were turning into the median when entering the subdivision at night. Baldwin EMC would not place the pole across from the S/D because it would block the entrance of the property if/when it was developed. They will install a pole in the median/island which will light up the entrance to Bella Vista.
