WHEREAS, the Foley Sports Tourism is in need of a new Laser Line Painter, and
WHEREAS, the Sports Tourism Department received quotes from Sherwin Williams, USSC and Pioneer Athletics, and
WHEREAS, Sherwin Williams came in with the lowest proposal with $17,100.00, and
WHEREAS, we will surplus one ride on painter.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Accept Sherwin Williams proposal for the Laser Line Painter for the Multi-Use Fields and appropriate $17,100.00 under Account No#100-5040-5100 Laser Line Painter - Multi-Use Fields
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
