WHEREAS, the announcement was made that grant applications are being accepted for the final found of grants for the Gulf Tourism and Seafood Promotional Fund, and
WHEREAS, the City wishes to apply for $182,500 to fund additional parking and marketing needs for the Coastal Alabama Farmers and Fishermans Market,
WHEREAS, the deadline to apply is March 29, 2013.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves the application to the Gulf Tourism and Seafood Promotional Fund for $182,500.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
