NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:

SECTION 1:                      Approves and accepts the donations of the properties as attached and accepts the same as rights of way and easements.

SECTION 2:                     Approves the dedication of the property as a public rights-of-way for Kenny Stabler Avenue and Koniar Way.

SECTION 3:                     This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
