Description of Topic: (who, what, where, when, why and how much) Engineer was asked to have fencing installed around the Hamburg building. Three companies were contacted and only two returned a quote. Cooper Fence and Hagan Fence both submitted quotes for the project, both quotes include the installation of 140' of 4' tall privacy fencing and 217' of 6' tall chain link fencing with one 12' double gate. We are requesting approval and appropriate funds for the installation of the new fence. The city has been getting calls concerning safety of the Hamburg building and it needing to be secured.
