WHEREAS, the City of Foley is renovating the concessions stand at the 5-plex.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Accepts the low quote from MCS Contracting in the amount of $20,250 for a new vent hood, windows, door repair, and cabinet cut and appropriates $1,500 for the purposes of installing additional electrical for the new vent hood. This is a public works project and Capital Project Account 12-665-7336 will be amended accordingly.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
