WHEREAS, Foley Cub Scouts will be hosting their Blue and Gold Awards Ceremony March 8, 2026 from 5:00pm until 8:00pm, and
WHEREAS, they are requesting the use of the Civic Center and for the fees to be waived.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Waives the fees for the use of the Foley Civic Center for Foley Cub Scouts for their Blue and Gold Awards Ceremony on March 8, 2026 from 5:00pm until 8:00pm.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
