WHEREAS, Resolution 13-0083 approved the construction of a new gazebo on the Rose Trail and there is a need to add decorative aspects to the completed gazebo.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Appropriates $2,775.20 for two (2) 4' benches from Keystone Ridge Designs and $533.00 for lighting from Hellmich Electric for a total of $3,308.20, amending Account No. 12-665-7315 Q90 PAV and the budget accordingly.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
