     NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:

     SECTION 1:     Sets a public hearing to consider the rezoning of property filed by Magnolia Land, LLC from B-2 (Neighborhood Business District) and R-1D (Residential Single Family) to PUD ( Planned Unit Development).

Property is 19+/- acres located W. of Hickory Street and North of County Road 12.

     SECTION 2:     This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
