Consider resolution approving a trade of services with the South Baldwin Chamber and the Chamber Foundation

WHEREAS, the South Baldwin Chamber of Commerce and the South Baldwin Chamber Foundation submitted a proposal for a trade for services in the amount of $4,000 in exchange for a one-year rental of the Foley Civic Center/Kitchen for a total of $3,950, and
WHEREAS, the Chamber would offer the City a Annual Gala Diamond Sponsorship, 2013 Leadership Luncheons Diamond Sponsorship and the South Baldwin Chamber Foundation BBQ & Blues Cook-off Hog Sponsorship.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves the trade for services agreement between the City of Foley and the South Baldwin Chamber of Commerce in the amount of $3,500 and the South Baldwin Chamber Foundation in the amount of $500 for a total amount of $4,000 as outlined above.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
