The Police Department wishes to implement the attached fee schedule for copies of files both paper and in digital format. In our research with surrounding agencies we discovered we were among the few not charging to cover costs associated with this service. These prices are in line with other police agencies in our area and we are asking City Council to approve this fee schedule as attached.

WHEREAS, the Police Department wishes to implement the attached fee schedule for copies of files both paper and in digital format, and
WHEREAS, these prices are in line with other police agencies in the surrounding area.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1:      Approves the fee schedule for copies of record files both paper and in digital format that is attached and made a permanent part of this resolution upon its adoption.
SECTION 2:      This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
