WHEREAS, Gulf Coast Organics, Inc. (GCO) submitted the sole bid in the amount of $25,980.00.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Accepts the sole bid in the amount of $25,980.00 submitted by Gulf Coast Organics, Inc. (GCO) for new soccer field construction grow-in. This project is budgeted under Account No. 12-665-7319 Q94.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
