WHEREAS, the City Council has conducted a public hearing Monday, June 19, 2017 at 5:30 p.m. to hear objections and other public comments on the matter of declaring the building structure on property located within the City of Foley located at 413 2nd Avenue in Foley Alabama to be a threat to the public's health and welfare.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: The City of Foley finds the property at 413 2nd Avenue constitutes a threat to the public's health and welfare and declares it to be a nuisance.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
