Consider certain Residential Sanitation accounts as uncollectible.
Body
WHEREAS, Riviera Utilities has determined that certain City residential sanitation accounts are considered uncollectible at this time and have requested that these accounts be written off for accounting purposes, and
WHEREAS, the request for write-off, submitted by Riviera Utilities in memorandum form, shall become a part of this resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Foley City Council in regular session August 5, 2019 that certain City of Foley residential sanitation accounts in the collective amount of $29.33 (TWENTY NINE AND 33/100) Dollars, as listed on the attached memorandum dated July 12, 2109 be written off the books of the City for fiscal year 2018-2019.
