Our John Deere Field Drag is in need of replacement. We had planned to purchase a new Toro Sand Pro with the National IPA Discount. Toro has increased their cost and is now over budget. We are requesting to remove the previous resolution and issue a new one for a John Deere Field Drag through a sourcewell grounds maintenance contract.
