WHEREAS, the Public Libray has old, non-working computer equipment they wish to dispose of.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:

SECTION 1:       Declares the following Public Library equipment as surplus and authorizes its disposal by the best possible means:

City of Foley # 101828 Kids Computer; City of Foley # 101363 Disk Cleaner; City of Foley # 101614 CPU, Monitor

SECTION 2:      This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
