     NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:

     SECTION 1:     Declares the Minolta 5000 equip id# 5219-4352 and Canon Image Runner equip id# 6191-5571 copiers as surplus and authorizes its disposal.

     SECTION 2:     This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
