WHEREAS, Council adopted Resolution 15-2373-RES on December 7, 2015 without having a first and second reading, and
WHEREAS, the resolution must be treated as an ordinance with a first and second reading and then be published in a newspaper, and
WHEREAS, Resolution 15-2373-RES must be rescinded.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Rescinds Resolution 15-2373-RES Establishing The Use Of Electronic Vote Counting Devices.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
