NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Sets a public hearing to consider Planning Commission's recommendation to adopt an Ordinance for the initial zoning of PDD (Planned Development District) for property located south of County Road 20 and at the end of Juniper Street and owned by Richard and Wynona Little.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
