Dan Hellmich requests permission to transfer 2011 Front Mount Mower #07007 from the Street Department to the Community Development Department Environmental Division, so that it can be used to maintain the Graham Creek Preserve. There is no cost to this transfer.

WHEREAS, the Street Department uses the 2011 1565 Front Mount Mower #07007, Serial # TC1565DJBT100267 as a spare mower, and the Community Development Department Environmental Division has more of a need for it at the Graham Creek Preserve.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves the transfer of this mower from Street Department (Fleet #07007) to the Community Development Department Environment Division (Fleet #15002).
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
