WHEREAS, the Engineering Department has $13,000.00 budgeted for a wide format multifunction printer/scanner/copier under Capital Purchase Account No. 01-624-7010, and
WHEREAS, CDWG, a company on the National IPA contract, has a wide format multifunction printer/scanner/copier for up to $13,000.00.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves the purchase of a wide format multifunction printer/scanner/copier for up to $13,000.00 from CDWG under National IPA contract #130733. This is a budgeted item under Capital Purchase Account No. 01-624-7010 and is eligible to be reimbursed from the 2014 GO Warrant proceeds.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
