The Sanitation Dept. has extra work that needs to be completed by our part-time driver, but we need $7000.00 more money in Sanitation Part-Time Salaries Account# 100-610-1015. Darrell is requesting permission to transfer those funds from Sanitation Small Tools/Equip Account# 100-610-5010 to meet that need.

WHEREAS, the Sanitation Dept. has extra work that needs to be completed by our part-time driver and
WHEREAS, $7000.00 more money is needed in the Sanitation Part-Time Salaries Account# 100-610-1015 to cover the part-time salary, and
WHEREAS, funds from Sanitation Small Tools/Equipment Account# 100-610-5010 would meet that need.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves the transfer of $7000.00 from Sanitation Small Tools/Equipment Account# 100-610-5010 to Part-time Salaries Account# 100-610-1015 for part-time driver salaries.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
