WHEREAS, R&S Paving and Grading, Inc. submitted a quote for striping the parking lots located in the front and back of the Library and in front of City Hall.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Appropriates $1,850.00 for R&S Paving and Grading, Inc. to stripe parking lots located at the Library and City Hall, and amends Account No. 12-600-9385 A11 PK LOT accordingly.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
