WHEREAS, Resolution 14-0446-RES dated October 20, 2014, approved a contract with Volkert to apply for the required ADEM NPDES general permit plus associated fees for the Foley Municipal Airport, and,
WHEREAS, Resolution 14-0446-RES did not approve funding.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Amends the budget for account 01-613-3020 in the amount of $9,828.25 to cover the contract with Volkert to apply for the permit plus associated fees.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
