WHEREAS, Robert Bunton with the American Legion Post 99 has requested the use of Max Griffin Park, portable stage and sound system at no charge on May 25, 2020 from 10:00am until 11:45am for their Memorial Day event.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Waives the fees for the use of Max Griffin Park, portable stage and sound system on May 25, 2020.
