WHEREAS, Resolution 13-0090 approved repairs and maintenance by Blue Haven Pools & Spas for $5,200 to the fountain pool at John B. Foley Park.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Appropriates $5,200 from the Capital Plan (Administration: Beautification Project) to Parks Expense account 01-611-4030 (Parks Maint/Parks/Fields/Swings/Etc) for repairs and maintenance by Blue Haven Pools & Spas to the fountain pool .
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
