Resolution 13-0365 indicated the location of Calvary Chapel Fellowship of Foley at 1113 A & B N. McKenzie Street, Foley, AL, which is their actual location being remodeled but the location did not include 1111-B North McKenzie Street that also is being remodeled. We need to amend the resolutuion to reflect the additional location.

WHEREAS, on June 17, 2013 the Foley City Council adopted Resolution 13-0365 RES waiving all but the minimum Community Development Department fees relating to the remodeling of the Calvary Chapel Fellowship Church located at 1113A&B N. McKenzie Street, Foley, Alabama 36535, and
WHEREAS, the location did not include 1111-B North McKenzie Street, which is also going to be remodeled.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Amends Resolution 13-0365 RES to include the location of 1111-B N McKenzie Street, Foley, Alabama 36535.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
