    NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:

 

     SECTION 1:      Sets a public hearing to consider the rezoning of 93+/- acres from AO (Agricultural Open Space) to PUD (Planned Unit Development) owned by Downey Family Limited.

Property is located south of Wolf Bay Drive and east of Stan Mahoney Lane.

 

     SECTION 2:     This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
