Dear Mayor Koniar and City Council Members,

The City of Foley Planning Commission held a regular meeting on November 15, 2017 and the

following action was taken on the following Public Project:

Public Project-

9^th  Avenue Extension

Commissioner Hellmich made a motion to recommend the public project to Mayor and Council. Commissioner Abrams seconded the motion. All Commissioners voted aye.

Motion to recommend the public project to Mayor and Council passes.
