NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Sets a public hearing for the re-zoning of property owned by Magnolia Land Company to consider Planning Commission's recommendation of B-3(Local Business District).
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
