WHEREAS, the Forward Church has requested the use of Heritage Park and Pavilion at no charge on June 7, 2020 from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm for their Connect for New Church Family event.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Waives the fees for the use of Heritage Park and Pavilion requested by Forward Church on June 7, 2020.
