      NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:

 

     SECTION 1:     Sets a public hearing to consider an Ordinance amending Ordinance No. 1018-07 (Business License Ordinance) to add Section 5-25(J)  - Short-Term Rental(s).

     SECTION 2:     This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
