Approval reguested by the South Baldwin Chamber of Commerce to allow merchants in the Downtown Foley Historic District to bring their merchandise outdoors onto City sidewalks and festival designated public parking areas during the Alabama Festival of Flavor, October 19, 2013 from 8:00 A.M intil 7:00 P.M. for the areas encompassed within the variance would include the perimeter from Chicago Sreet on the East, Myrtle Avenue to the South, Pine Street to the West, and Violet Avenue to the North.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Foley City Council approves City of Foley Downtown merchants to display their goods on to the City sidewalks and festival designated public parking areas during the Alabama Festival of Flavor, October 19, 2013 from 8:00 A.M until 7:00 P.M. for the areas as designated on the attached map that would include the perimeter from Chicago Street on the East, Myrtle Avenue to the South, Pine Street to the West, and Violet Avenue to the North.
