WHEREAS, Additional funding is needed for miscellaneous supplies to complete Project Sky Guardian.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Appropriates an additional $1,500 to project account 12-665-7298 Q76 PROJ.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
