WHEREAS, there is a need to construct a driveway or access road for the rear of the new Fire Station 3 on Fairway Drive.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Authorizes the Mayor to enter into a Construction Easement Agreement to construct a driveway or access road for access to the rear of the new Fire Station #3 as part of the construction project.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
