Approve eleven (11) street lights to be installed on existing poles on Helton Drive and Fairmont Drive in Fairmont Subdivision. In addition to a monthly lighting fee, there will be a one-time light installation fee of $20.00 per light, making the total amount of the one-time fee $220.00.

WHEREAS, there has been a request for street lights to be installed on existing poles along Helton Drive and Fairmont Drive in Fairmont subdivision for safety reasons, and
WHEREAS, Riviera Utilities requires a one-time light and arm installation fee of $20.00 per light.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves $220.00 under Account No. 01-624-8010 for a one-time light and arm installation fee for eleven (11) street lights on existing poles for Fairmont subdivision from Riviera Utilities, and approves $752.40 annually or $62.70 monthly for street lighting as sufficiently budgeted under Account No. 01-620-8090.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
