Planning Commission is recommending B-1A and R-3 for Springdale Stores, Inc that was recently annexed by Legislative Act 2013-231 and that goes into effect August 1, 2013.
 
 
Body
 
WHEREAS, Springdale Stores Inc was annexed into the corporate limits of the City of Foley by Legislative Act 2013-231, and
WHEREAS, the Act is effective August 1, 2013, and
WHEREAS, Planning Commission recommends initial zoning be B-1A (Extended Business District) and R-3 (Residential Multi-Family).
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1:      Memorializes setting a public hearing for the initial zoning of Springdale Stores, Inc. and Delaney Development, Inc. to consider Planning Commission's recommendation of B-1A and R-3 initial zoning.
SECTION 2:      This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
