     NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:

     SECTION 1:     Sets a public hearing to consider the rezoning of property owned byKaymac, LLC/Chris & Phil Johnson from R-1C (Residential Single Family) to PUD (Planned Unit Development).

Property is 2.02+/- acres located north of Azalea Ave. and west of South Juniper Street.

     SECTION 2:     This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
