Under Section 1.2(4) of the City's Personnel System Policy, the Foley City Council desires to appoint Warren Harbison as City Prosecutor for the current administration's term, as a part-time, regular, professional exempt employee at the rate of compensation as is presently set forth in the FY26 budget without eligibility of benefits with the exception of continuance of eligibility for the City's health care benefits. 

 

Body

                     WHEREAS, Under Section 1.2(4) of the City's Personnel System Policy, the Foley City Council desires to appoint Warren Harbison as City Prosecutor for the current administration's term, as a part-time, regular, professional exempt employee at the rate of compensation as is presently set forth in the FY26 budget without eligibility of benefits with the exception of continuance of eligibility for the City's health care benefits. 

 

                     NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:

 

                     SECTION 1:  Appoints Warren Harbison as City Prosecutor Under Section 1.2(4) of the City's Personnel System Policy, for the current administration's term, effective with the FY26 Budget, as a part-time, regular, professional exempt employee at the rate of compensation as is presently set forth in the FY26 budget; without eligibility of benefits with the exception of continuance of eligibility for the City's health care benefits. Except that from time to time said compensation and benefits may be adjusted as City Council considers pay and benefit matters.  

                     

                     SECTION 2:     This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
