WHEREAS, The Street Dept. Mower #07001 - 2013 John Deere 1565 Mower - SER# 1TC1565DTOT120193 - Asset# 9599 caught fire, was totaled 11-14-17, and insurance was setteled on 12/12/17, but was never surplused, and
WHEREAS, the process needs to be finalized, so the request is being made to declare this mower surplus and approve the disposal of it by the best means possible.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Declares the Street Dept. Mower #07001 - 2013 John Deere 1565 Mower - SER# 1TC1565DTOT120193 - Asset# 9599 as surplus and approves the disposal of it by the best means possible.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
