WHEREAS, Ecumenical Ministries, Inc. requested placing five 30"x80" banners on poles located throughout the City advertising Ecumentical Ministries "Chili for Charity" annual fundraiser event, which is scheduled for February 27, 2016.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves the placement of five 30"x80" banners advertising the annual fundraiser of "Chili for Charity" located on poles throughout the City beginning January 27, 2016 through February 28, 2016.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
