          NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:

     SECTION 1:     Sets a public hearing to consider an amending Ordinance No. 1018-07 (Business License Ordinance) and Ordinance No. 16-2005 Relating to Special Event Vendors

     SECTION 2:     This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
