WHEREAS, Council approved Resolution 14-0418-RES Consider a resolution to waive permit fees to the minimum for Crossway Christian Fellowship Baptist Church, and
WHEREAS, the resolution only states to waive the CDD fees and should have also listed Engineering fees, and
WHEREAS, Resolution 14-0418-RES must be amended to include waiving the Engineering fees.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Amends Resolution 14-0418-RES to include waiving the Engineering fees.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
