WAIVING FEES FOR HERITAGE PARK PAVILION
WHEREAS, the Foley Art Center has requested the use of Heritage Park and Pavilion at no charge on May 7 & 8, 2016 for their 44th annual Art In The Park event.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, waives the fees for the use of Heritage Park and Pavilion requested by the Foley Art Center for their fundraiser on May 7 & 8, 2016.
