WHEREAS, a capital project was added to FY17 capital plan to repair the sinkhole on West Peachtree Avenue, and
WHEREAS, the work has been completed for a total cost of $62,133.29, and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves memorializing the West Peachtree Sinkhole Repair project and appropriates $62,133.29 to Account No. 12-665-7128 A13 PEACH.
